Must be comfortable with driving up a narrow road and parking in a random forest type area. For 60 euros total, we got a 3 course typical Sicilian meal. We really enjoyed it! You can tell they prefer locals over tourists here. Not the friendliest people. There is no menu. You eat what they serve. So if you are vegetarian or vegan, this place is not for you. Happy with the experience overall!
Amazing place. The food is fantastic and it seems endless! Very popular with the locals, but the decor could do with being updated. Despite that, it's well priced and serves traditional Sicilian dishes. I will be returning!!
A lovely location up in the pine forests with welcoming staff. The menu is informal so be prepared to eat whatever is being served today. Servings are generous. The pasta is really good and the antipasto to start with was fabulous. Even the bread was great. Definitely worth the trek up the mountain
Amazing, amazing, amazing. This restaurant has a set menu, so there is no choosing what you want; however, this is not a problem since everything you get is absolutely delicious. The food just kept coming and I didn't think it would ever end. I felt like a King, and walked out of there so stuffed and satisfied. This is a one-of-a-kind restaurant and definitely worth the drive.
Location in a very suggestive mountain environment, from there the woodland paths lead to the summit.
The restaurant was very full on Sunday lunch but the service was equally fast and attentive. We opted for the fixed menu with all the courses and the starters were actually good, varied and plentiful, ranging from vegetables, legumes, cured meats to meatballs. The meat for the second course was also good and varied, accompanied by an excellent homemade wine. Finally, the homemade desserts, cream puffs and cannoli delighted us. THE
The first courses, however, in my opinion were not exceptional, especially the pasta alla boscaiola. I believe they can do much more, given the good capabilities of their kitchen. If I can make a suggestion, in any self-respecting refuge a wild boar pappardella must never be missing.

Excellent mountain restaurant, immersed in the woods of Monte Cammarata, it is the ideal place to savor excellent food which is 99% organic, naturally typical of the Sicani Mountains area.
Everything is delicious and the dishes are super.
The place is essential in its simplicity.
The staff is friendly, always available.
Praise to the owner for the excellent management.
Of course we won't wait another 20 years to return 😉.
Experience close to Christmas... An absolute must! Small restaurant located in the woods of Mount Cammarata surrounded by greenery! Typical products and then... The dessert is the typical Sicilian cannoli made with fresh ricotta from nearby farms! TOP
